Hirsch International Corp. may accept the return for credit or refund of most non-consumable parts and supply items for a period within forty-five (45) days from date of shipment with a “Return Materials Authorization” (RMA) number.
Any items received after the forty-five (45) day return period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee per item.
Only those items deemed to be in new and unused condition, or under warranty, will receive credit. Any items returned that do not fit the above criteria will be returned to the Customer, at the expense of the Customer, and no credit or refund will be issued.
The Customer is responsible for packaging and shipping charges incurred for the returned item(s). Hirsch International Corp. will not accept any C.O.D. returns.
“Special Order” items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Authorized returns must be properly packaged with the RMA number clearly marked on the OUTSIDE of the package. Items received without the RMA number printed on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the sender. Your RMA number will appear on your Packing slip.
